1. Services Offered

JustCam World provides CCTV camera installation, maintenance, and surveillance system integration services for residential, commercial, and institutional clients.

2. Service Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us. By booking any service, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

3. Quotations & Payments

• All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

• Full or partial advance may be required before installation.

• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

4. Installation Terms

• The customer must ensure accessibility to the site during scheduled installations.

• Any delays caused due to customer-side issues (e.g. power supply, unavailability) may incur additional costs.

• Standard installation includes basic wiring and setup. Extra materials or labor (wall drilling, conduits, poles) may be charged separately.

5. Product Warranty

• CCTV products come with manufacturer warranty (typically 6–24 months).

• Warranty coverage excludes physical damage, electrical issues due to poor power supply, or unauthorized tampering.

6. After-Sales Support

• We offer free support for installation-related queries for 15 days post-installation.

• Beyond that, support is available under our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans or as a paid service.

7. Data Privacy

We do not access or store your video footage or passwords. Your privacy and data are fully your responsibility once the system is handed over.

8. Limitation of Liability

JustCam World is not responsible for any losses, damages, or security breaches arising from misuse of the CCTV system, third-party hardware/software, or lack of customer maintenance.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations before 24 hours of scheduled service may be accepted with full refund.

• No refunds for cancellations after technician dispatch or partial completion of work.

• Equipment once installed is not eligible for refund unless found defective under warranty.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
